GRAPHICA EXPO ENTRY CONDITIONS & TERM

The entrance of visitors to the GRAPHICA EXPO exhibition is free. The entry of visitors to the GRAPHICA EXPO exhibition is made exclusively by their pre-registration and with the individual invitation they will receive at the e-mail address they have declared during their registration. The invitation is individual and non-transferable. Entry to the exhibition premises without registration is not permitted. The individual invitation alone does not guarantee entry if it is not accompanied by identification documents if requested. The visitor information that may be collected by the organizing company and companies cooperating with it during the online registration of visitors or at the entrance of the exhibition, are: Visitor's Name, Business Title (if any), Email, Contact Phone, Professional Activity, City . Visitor data is collected by the organizing company and/or companies cooperating with it, and processed for the purposes of the orderly and legitimate operation of the exhibition. Visitors' data can be used for purposes of promoting the exhibition and also for purposes of informing visitors (sending Newsletters, Email Marketing, etc.) by the organizing company and/or by companies cooperating with it. Visitors to the exhibition undertake that the information they provided during registration is valid and true and by registering they agree to the processing and use of their data. Visitors retain the right after the end of the exhibition to request the deletion of their data from the databases that will be created by sending a written request to the email address info@graphicaexpo.gr with the subject: "delete my data". Sending the request to delete their data from the databases that will be created presupposes that the Email has been sent from the same Email account in which they received their individual invitation. By entering the exhibition premises, visitors consent, without any other claim, to the possibility of being photographed and/or videotaped for the purposes of promoting the exhibition in printed and electronic media and/or from the official website of the exhibition (www. graphicaexpo.gr).
