Exhibition Regulation
1. All booth preparation and removal will be done at the expense, responsibility and care of the exhibitor.
2. It is prohibited to place exhibits or advertising material outside the booth area.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use any means that destroy or alter floors, walls, ceilings, windows, etc., as well as drilling, nailing, the use of walls, doors, pillars, floors and any other structural elements and in general any intervention in shape, durability and aesthetics of the granted space or the Exhibition Center in general. The hanging of light signs from the roof of the building is only permitted after consultation and with the cooperation of the Exhibition Center (Contact phone: +302106041410).
4. It is prohibited to carry out work as well as to use tools, machines and materials that can cause any wear or damage to the exhibition center, such as indicatively the use of a paint compressor, the cutting of wood, plasterboard or other structural materials.
5. It is forbidden to use the WC or other areas for washing brushes and other objects. Specially designed areas must be used for these tasks. The cleanliness of the allocated space and the surrounding area of the exhibition center is the responsibility and expense of the organizer.
6. The exhibitor's banners may only be placed in the areas specifically allocated for this purpose, in the exhibition center area by the organizing company.
7. The organizing company is responsible for guarding the exhibition only during its non-working hours. In particular, for the hours and days of preparation and dismantling of the exhibition, the organizing company is not responsible for any damage or theft of objects, exhibits or decorative materials.
The exhibitor is obliged to insure his exhibits against any destruction or loss, due to weather conditions or theft, during the operation of the exhibition or for reasons not mentioned in this regulation.
8. The height of the booth structures should not exceed 3.5 meters, while the back side of the structure adjacent to other booths (with a height of 2.5 meters) should be compulsorily painted -over the 2.5 meters- in neutral color (white, light gray, black).
9. Any constructions as well as any form of commercial exploitation of the reception space are prohibited.
10. The exhibitor must obey all safety and hygiene rules, in particular all available fire safety measures of the building.
11. The exhibitor must maintain free passage to the emergency exits, as well as to the fire stations of the building.
12. It is prohibited to cover the electricity supply, water and sewage supply, as well as the telecommunications supply boards.
13. It is forbidden to place any obstacle or decorative structures, in case the booths are located on either side of the corridor, i.e. facing each other. The corridor is not allowed to show a height difference in relation to the rest of the space. If the exhibitor wishes to connect the two opposite stands with a roof, it should be completely discreet and not exceed 3.5 meters in height.
14. In the event that the exhibitor wishes to have musical coverage at his stand, he undertakes to obtain the necessary written permission from AEPI in time, bearing sole responsibility.
15. The allocated space for use is handed over to the exhibitor by the organizing company on the agreed date and under the condition that the exhibitor has settled his financial obligations. The opening hours of the Exhibition Center are from 8:00 am. until 23:00 pm. It is strictly forbidden to enter and stay in the premises of the exhibition center (exhibitors, visitors, crews, etc.), as well as the performance of any kind of work beyond the above hours.
16. At the end of the exhibition, the exhibitor is obliged to remove all objects and materials that accompanied his stand. The removal will be done with the necessary care, so as not to cause damage to the exhibition center. Otherwise, the exhibitor is responsible for their restoration.
17. For the storage of any materials and product packaging, the exhibition center has special storage areas for the use of exhibitors, after consultation with the Organizing Company.
18. After the end of the exhibition, the exhibitor is obliged to deliver the space of his stand in the condition in which he received it and empty, otherwise he is charged for each day of delay, twice the compensation for the use of the space.
19. In case of non-delivery of the space, as received, the exhibition center is entitled to remove any kind of object of the exhibitor by its own means, without being responsible for any losses or damages.
20. During the entire period of granting the space, the exhibitor is obliged to make good use of the granted spaces, following the present rules. In the event that damages are found, the exhibitor has the obligation to pay the organizing company compensation, the amount of which will be determined after an assessment of the exhibition center's technical service.
21. All terms of this regulation are considered essential. For any dispute that will arise and that will be related to this regulation, there will be an attempt at amicable settlement by both parties. If this is not possible, the courts of Athens are designated exclusively competent for their resolution.
The organizing company bears no responsibility for damages, thefts or losses that may occur during the exhibition (preparation, operation, disassembly). The same applies to the goods of exhibitors, visitors and any third party, either in the exhibition or conference areas, or in the surrounding area of the exhibition center.
